Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our charges for shipping and handling are £7.50 for orders totalling under £25 in value and £3.25 for orders totalling up to £100 in value. Any total order value over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days unless otherwise stated.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. This applies to any product that does not reach you in perfect quality as at time of manufacture. Please note that we can not refund used goods unless there is a maunufacturing problem so orders must be sent back before the product is used.
Unwanted or used products may qualify for a partial refund or a replacement item. Please be aware that items that go on the cooker are liable to get hot unless they have silicone handles and this is not a valid reason for return. Please refer to the care and use instructions before using the product to ensure it's safe use.
Yoursif.com complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive [ see our Returns Policy ] and therefore reserves the right to claim back postage charges on orders dispatched or returned. These costs are stated at checkout, however Yoursif.com reserves the right to make additional charges that it may incur either sending or resending an item.
Special order items
Special Order items are made to order. Please be certain of the purchase before placing an order for these items. As with standard items these can only be returned if there is a manufacturing default. Changes for different colours or styles of a product are not valid for special order items.
Website photography and colours
All products on the website are sold as seen with the image colours as closesly matched to that of the true colour of the products as possible. Returns on the basis of colour change will not be considered on special order goods but may be available on other orders if returned unused if delivery charges for subsequent delivery are paid.
